Tasting Notes
This wine displays a deep ruby hue in the glass. On the nose, expect vibrant aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry, and ripe red fruits, underscored by warm spice notes. The palate is luscious and full-bodied, with smooth, mature tannins that carry through to a pleasantly spiced finish. Best enjoyed at around 16 °C, Comte Perau pairs beautifully with grilled lamb chops or a selection of aged cheeses.
