Viticulture & Winemaking
The vineyards are planted on calcareous clay–limestone soils. Grapes from the plains are blended with 30% sourced from hillside parcels and vinified separately. Each lot is gently pressed using a pneumatic press, then undergoes a controlled fermentation lasting 2–3 weeks. After fermentation, 20% of the wine is aged in seasoned oak barrels to add subtle complexity.
Tasting Notes
In the glass, this wine shows a bright ruby hue. The nose bursts with ripe strawberry, cherry, and raspberry aromas, woven together with delicate hints of smoke and toast. Beneath this concentrated fruit core, a refreshing acidity keeps the palate beautifully balanced, leading to a lingering, memorable finish.
