Tasting: Beautiful purple color, this Bordeaux Supérieur from Château Valade has a powerful nose developing black fruit aromas. It is fleshy with melted and ripe tannins with a nice length in mouth. Serve at 18°c with red meat or game, or with cheeses of character. It is a wine to be shared with family or friends on hearty meals.
