Even today, we at Moli pasta continue to rely on our farmers to bring to your tables only the best that nature has to offer. Our pasta is formed by the combination of the best durum wheat mixed with pure water. 100 grams of our product contain 13% of proteins which, besides giving it an excellent taste, make it a healthy food. A high protein content guarantees a pasta always "al dente" that does not overcook.

Penne translates to the word “pen”, and gets its name from its shape – a short cylinder-shaped pasta that has angled edges. The shape was inspired by a quill. Penne complements virtually every sauce and are exceptional when paired with a chunky sauce. Penne Rigate pairs nicely with chunky meat, chunky vegetable, cream, or oil based sauces.
